Munterra is an eclectic lounge project that combines a hookah park, a restaurant with signature cuisine, an atmospheric bar, and a rich event program. Here you can relax listening to authentic music. Here you can also meet with business partners and have business breakfasts. We have provided all the conditions for an impeccable rest so that guests can enjoy every moment of co-presence without worrying about anything.

Technology
Munterra has eco-friendly interiors with customisable microclimate settings such as humidity control, heating, cooling, and air purification. All rooms have a highly efficient automatic air circulation system with 15−20 air changes to remove any undesirable microelements from the air.


The kitchen equipment is highly advanced to ensure that cooking is both comfortable and efficient. Our lounge-space also has the quickest Wi-Fi and fixed charging stations embedded into various surfaces.


Munterra’s mixology features over 40 brands and a careful attention to detail, both visible and concealed to guests. Munterra always develops new techniques to enhance the smoking experience, utilising cutting-edge stainless steel with heat control technology.

Munterra is the most exclusive lounge in Eastern Europe. We achieve this by combining a unique project concept with a fundamental attitude to the process of creating mixes as an act of art. We are changing the code of lounge culture and are proactive ambassadors of advanced industry technologies.
Mixology
When creating a cocktail menu, we were inspired by Lem’s novel. Immersive diversity, cosmic visual forms, and recognisable aesthetics in a glass. Subtle flavours, variable strength—everyone will find something to their taste. The Munterra wine list is regularly updated and is a real book of images and new meanings.

Munterra presents a menu that combines understandable comfort food with elements of haute cuisine and a varied selection of breakfast constructors. Each season the menu is updated with a thematic line of dishes from the chef, but the basis is always the same, and it is an inventive and colourful symbiosis of European, Pan-Asian, and Italian cuisines.

Danabek Usenov is the guardian of Munterra’s atmosphere, its creative visionary, and resident DJ. Thanks to his influence, Munterra’s evenings leave a lasting impression and resonate long after they end. The venue regularly hosts eclectic DJ sets blended with live guitar performances, vocals, and captivating jazz sessions, creating a truly memorable experience for every guest.

Alexander Stakheev is a culinary trendsetter with over 20 years of experience and dozens of landmark projects to his name, including Sempre and 354 Group. At Munterra, he works alongside Sergey Sushchenko to develop a cuisine where European traditions meet Pan-Asian classics.

As a result, the restaurant’s menu is regularly enriched with seasonal offerings and signature chef-curated selections.

Maxim Meshcheryakov is a flavor architect and bar manager with 14 years of experience. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to more than 30 restaurant projects, including Madison, Steak it Easy and Life of Pi. At Munterra, he is responsible for the cocktail philosophy and for creating harmonious pairings between beverages and cuisine.
